Providing high quality education and training to individual and/or organization staff at all levels seeking to improve their knowledge and skills in an effort to improve client experience and outcomes.

Honing your skills

Education provides a general foundation of the knowledge base required to be an effective human services practitioner, whereas training is more specific and geared towards a specific job task. Education and training is available for in-person and/or remote presentations. The curriculum offered provides invaluable resources for direct service staff, clinicians, and leadership.

Comprehensive topics

A wide range of topics are available, and include but are not limited to person centered practices, trauma-informed care, the DSM, human services staff boundaries,  integrative interventions, a variety of talk therapies, condition specific education and interventions (anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, substance use, etc.) as well as documentation practices. Presentations can integrate a variety of topics, and/or be developed upon request utilizing a topic of your choosing and tailored specifically to your setting.
